Tematem przewodnim Nocy Muzeów na UW jest Stanisław Staszic – polski działacz oświeceniowy, pisarz polityczny, publicysta, filozof, tłumacz i przyrodnik. To też jeden z założycieli Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego i patron roku 2026.

Tej nocy będziecie mogli skorzystać z atrakcji przygotowanych przez: Muzeum Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego, Wydział Kultur Azji i Afryki Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego, Wydział Archeologii, Instytut Kultury Polskiej (jednostka Wydział Polonistyki Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego), Studium Europy Wschodniej UW, Chór Akademicki UW / University of Warsaw Choir, Teatr Hybrydy Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego, Teatr Tańca UW „Warszawianka” / Dance Theatre of the University of Warsaw, a także Biblioteka Uniwersytecka w Warszawie oraz Muzeum Geologiczne im. Stanisława J. Thugutta na Wydział Geologii UW.

Od godz. 19:00 czekają na Was: zagadki, quizy, zabawy, prelekcje, wystawy, gra terenowa, koncerty, pokazy taneczne czy zwiedzanie na co dzień niedostępnych miejsc na Uniwersytecie. Wstęp na wszystkie wydarzenia jest wolny.

This Saturday, the next edition of Museum Night will take place! Come on down to Krakowskie Przedmieście and see what we’ve got in store for you!

The theme of Museum Night at the University of Warsaw is Stanisław Staszic — a Polish Enlightenment activist, political writer, journalist, philosopher, translator, and naturalist. He is also one of the founders of the University of Warsaw and the patron of the year 2026.

That night, you’ll be able to enjoy attractions prepared by: the University of Warsaw Museum, the Faculty of Asian and African Studies, the Faculty of Archaeology, the Institute of Polish Culture (a unit of the Faculty of Polish Studies), the University of Warsaw’s Center for East European Studies, the University of Warsaw Academic Choir, the University of Warsaw’s Hybrydy Theater, the University of Warsaw Dance Theater “Warszawianka,” as well as the University Library in Warsaw and the Stanisław J. Thugutt Geological Museum at the University of Warsaw’s Faculty of Geology.

Starting at 7:00 p.m., you can look forward to: puzzles, quizzes, games, lectures, exhibitions, a field game, concerts, dance performances, and tours of places at the University that are normally off-limits. Admission to all events is free.

Radio Kampus will provide the unique musical backdrop for the Night of Museums at the University of Warsaw.
